Mindful Moments in Our eTwinning Journey

 8th primary school of Thebes in Greece | Teachers: ΜΑΤΣΑΓΓΟΥΡΑ ΕΙΡΗΝΗ & ΤΣΙΟΥΤΣΟΥ ΖΩΗ

As part of the “SEL Wiz: Hocus Pocus – Heart and Mind in Focus” project, our students practiced mindfulness techniques to boost their emotional well-being.

Through breathing exercises, body scans, nature meditations, and gratitude circles, children learned to calm their minds, listen to their emotions, and stay focused. 

These short daily moments helped students improve concentration, empathy, and self-regulation – key skills for learning and life.
